DialSavvy for SalesforceEarly access

Parallel dialing from your Salesforce lists, reports and campaigns.

DialSavvy Phone puts the DialSavvy dialer in Salesforce Lightning. Reps call from the record they have open, each conversation is logged as a Salesforce Task, and selected list-view records, a report or a campaign become a power or parallel dialing session.

01 · In the record

Click-to-call from the record you have open.

Three ways to call from Salesforce, all added by your admin. Each uses the same caller ID, checks and notes as a call in the DialSavvy app.

DialSavvy Phone

A phone in the Lightning utility bar. It follows the Contact, Lead, Account or Opportunity you have open and shows their name, title, company, owner and open Tasks, with their local time and calling hours. Outside calling hours, Call stays off.

Call with DialSavvy

A record action on Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities. It opens DialSavvy Phone with the record's numbers ready, and you press Call. An Opportunity calls its primary contact.

DialSavvy Numbers card

A card on the record page with each phone number and its own call button: Phone, Mobile, Home, Other and Assistant on a Contact, Phone and Mobile on a Lead, and Phone on an Account.

02 · Dial a list

Dial a list view, a report or a campaign.

Pick the records in Salesforce, then start a power or parallel session in DialSavvy Phone: up to 1,000 records per session today, and we can raise it for your workspace.

  • Selected list-view records

Select Contacts, Leads or Accounts in a list view and click Dial with DialSavvy.

  • A report

Any tabular or summary report with a Contact, Lead or Account ID column.

  • A campaign

The contact and lead members of an active campaign, filtered by member status if you like.

The same checks as any list

  • Duplicates, missing or invalid numbers and converted leads are removed
  • Your do-not-call list is checked, and records the rep can't see in Salesforce are left out
  • Numbers outside their calling hours wait until the hours open
  • Power or parallel, as each country's rule pack allows
How parallel dialing works

03 · Logged

Every conversation logged as a Salesforce Task.

Reps don't type call notes twice. The Task is written for them, on their own Salesforce user.

What the Task holds
The outcome in the subject and the call result, the duration, the rep's notes and a link to the call in DialSavvy. It is owned by the rep's Salesforce user and linked to the Contact or Lead and its Account or Opportunity.
AI notes, added when ready
The AI summary and next steps are added to the same Task once they are ready, marked as AI-generated.
When it is written
As soon as the rep picks an outcome, or two minutes after the call if they don't. Calls no one answered are not logged.

04 · Set-up

Set up with you in early access.

Your admin connects the org, we install the components with you, and your reps sign in to DialSavvy Phone with their DialSavvy account.

  • Connect in one click

An owner or admin connects your Salesforce org from Settings › Integrations, with Salesforce's own sign-in. Production and sandbox orgs both work.

  • We install it with you

During early access we add DialSavvy Phone, the record action and the numbers card to your org with you, and your admin places them on your pages. It is not on the AppExchange yet.

  • Your reps, matched

Each rep's Salesforce user is matched to their DialSavvy user by email, and an admin confirms the match.

  • Only records they can see

Before a record is shown or added to a session, DialSavvy checks the rep's own Salesforce access.

05 · Not here yet

Salesforce dialer questions

Anything else, ask in your demo. Bring a Salesforce report and we dial it with you.

Book a demo

Does DialSavvy work with Salesforce?

Yes, in early access. DialSavvy is a Salesforce dialer: DialSavvy Phone sits in the Lightning utility bar, reps call from Contact, Lead, Account and Opportunity records, each conversation is logged as a Salesforce Task, and selected list-view records, reports and campaigns become power or parallel dialing sessions.

Can I parallel dial from a Salesforce report?

Yes. Pick a tabular or summary report with a Contact, Lead or Account ID column and start a power or parallel session from DialSavvy Phone, up to 1,000 records per session today (we can raise this for your workspace). Duplicates, missing or invalid numbers and contacts on your do-not-call list are removed first, and each country's rule pack decides whether parallel is allowed.

How are calls logged in Salesforce?

Each conversation becomes a completed Task owned by the rep's Salesforce user and linked to the Contact or Lead and its Account or Opportunity, with the outcome, the duration, the rep's notes and a link to the call in DialSavvy. The AI summary and next steps are added to the same Task when they are ready. Calls no one answered are not logged.

Which Salesforce objects can I call from?

Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities; an Opportunity calls its primary contact. List-view dialing works on Contacts, Leads and Accounts, and a campaign brings in its contact and lead members.

Is DialSavvy on the AppExchange?

Coming soon. During early access we install DialSavvy in your Salesforce org with you, and an owner or admin connects the org in one click from Settings.

Does DialSavvy take inbound calls in Salesforce?

Not yet. Inbound calls and callback routing are coming. Today DialSavvy Phone places outbound calls.

Early access is by invitation. We set up your workspace, numbers and caller ID, then send your invite.
