Privacy notice

How DialSavvy handles your personal data on this website and when you use the Book a demo form. It does not cover the DialSavvy app.

Who we are

DialSavvy runs this website and decides how the personal data described here is used, so DialSavvy is the controller of that data. For anything in this notice, write to hello@dialsavvy.com.

What the demo form collects

When you book a demo, we receive what you enter in the form:

  • your name, work email and company;
  • your team size;
  • the products you are interested in;
  • the countries you call;
  • your message, if you write one.

Along with the form we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, so we can spot repeat and abusive requests, and your browser's user agent (the name and version of your browser and device).

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange your demo. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it is kept

When you send the form, your browser sends what you entered to our server at api.dialsavvy.com. We store your request in a database on Amazon Web Services in the United States and email it to our team, with your address as the reply-to. If the form cannot reach our server, it offers to send the same details by email instead. Our business email is hosted by Microsoft 365. Those providers process the data for us; we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Nothing deletes a request automatically. We keep it while we need it to talk with you about a demo or about using DialSavvy, and delete it when we no longer need it or when you ask, whichever comes first. Database backups are kept for up to 35 days, so a deleted request is gone from them 35 days later.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies. In fact it sets no cookies at all, and it runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you press Pause motion, your browser remembers that choice in its own storage, on your device.

Seeing or deleting your data

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@dialsavvy.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
