Platform overviewEarly access · by invitation

Agents, reps and your own AI, on one platform.

Three products on one foundation: managed telephony, caller ID and compliance checks on every call, whoever makes it.

How the platform fits together

01 · Who makes the call

02 · Where every call runs

One dialing platform

Every call runs on the same engine, whoever places it: one set of numbers and rules, one call log, one bill.

  • Dialing modesPower, local presence and parallel, in one console.
  • Answer detectionAIPerson, voicemail, phone menu or call screener, labeled for you.
  • AI notesAIA short summary after every call, in plain words.
  • One call logRecordings, outcomes and coaching in one place.
  • Prepaid creditsUsage at published rates, on one bill.

03 · Under every call

Shared by agents, reps and your AI.

DialSavvy AgentsEarly access

AI voice agents that make and take calls.

In early access we build your first agent with you. Agents will answer inbound calls, qualify and route them, and call back new leads as soon as they ask, on the same numbers, rules and call log as your reps.

  • Will say it is an AI first, on every call.
  • Will call only people who asked to hear from you. Consent will be checked before every AI-voice call; reps make the cold calls.
  • A person will always be one step away: the agent hands over to a rep with a brief, or takes a message.

Dialer

Every dialing mode, with AI on every line.

Power works one line with auto-advance. Local presence calls from a number near the contact. Parallel rings several lines at once, and the first person who answers reaches the rep.

  • AI answer detection labels voicemail, phone menus and call screeners.
  • Calls that reach no one are never counted as conversations, so your connect rate stays honest.
  • Parallel lines step down on their own before the abandoned-call limit.

MCP & APIComing

Your AI agents can call through DialSavvy.

Agents you build in Claude, ChatGPT or Agentforce will ask DialSavvy to look up, log and place calls. Every request will go through the same compliance checks as a rep's call.

  • Your workspace policy will decide what runs, what waits for a rep and what needs a person to approve.
  • MCP server coming to Command and Enterprise.
  • Webhooks on every plan today; the REST API is coming.

One foundation under every call, whoever makes it.

Agents, reps and your AI share the same numbers, caller ID and compliance checks. You never set up a carrier.

Telephony & caller ID

We are your carrier. You just start calling.

DialSavvy runs your carrier account, buys your local numbers and files the registrations, then shows you where each one stands. No carrier contracts, no API keys.

The honest part: carrier and regulator reviews take from minutes to a few weeks. You can call through all of it.

Compliance

Every call checked before it rings.

Calling hours in the contact's time zone and your do-not-call list, checked against their country's rules before every call. Agents and your own AI will get the same checks, plus AI-voice consent.

Controls, not legal advice. You stay responsible for your lists, consent and scripts.

The future of dialing is agentic.

Early access is by invitation. We set up your workspace, numbers and caller ID, then send your invite.
