Telephony & caller ID

We are your carrier. You just start calling.

No carrier contracts, no API keys, no console work. We buy your numbers, file the registrations and show you where each one stands.

Invite-only during early access. We set up your workspace, numbers and caller ID with you.

  • Numbers bought for your workspace and registered to your business.
  • Registrations filed by us and tracked in the app.
  • One bill: calls and numbers at published rates.

02 · Local presence

Local caller ID, from numbers you own.

Each call shows a number from your workspace that’s local to the person you’re calling. It’s registered to your business. Callbacks that ring your team are coming.

  • No spoofed or borrowed numbers. Every caller ID is a number bought for your workspace and registered under your business.

  • Callbacks, coming. A callback will ring the last rep who called, then the team, then voicemail.

  • Restraint, not rotation. A few local numbers per area, each with a daily cap, instead of hundreds of throwaway numbers.

03 · Number health · Coming

Keep good numbers good.

Numbers wear out when they’re overused. Today every number has a daily cap of 50 calls and rings one person at a time. Coming: warm-up for new numbers, resting a number when its answer rate drops, and this view of every number’s health.

A daily cap on every number

Each number makes up to 50 calls a day. When every number in a country has reached it, dialing there waits, so add numbers to call more.

Warm-up for new numbers · Coming

A new number will start with fewer calls a day and work up to the full cap over seven days.

Rest when answers drop · Coming

A number whose answer rate drops will rest for a few days, and its calls will move to the rest of your pool.

One call at a time per number

Each parallel line goes out on a different number, so a number never rings two people at once.

04 · Spam protectionComing

Spam labels found, fixed, or the number replaced.

A number labelled as spam quietly costs you answers. Because we run your telephony, we can act on what the checks find, not just report it.

  1. Check

Every number you present is checked with carrier analytics engines and caller-ID apps, on a schedule and before it joins a busy session.

  2. Fix

Where a label can be fixed, we fix it: register the number, file a dispute, rest it or lower its daily cap.

  3. Replace, with your approval

Where it can’t, we ask first. Approve, and we buy a new local number, register it and swap it into your pool.

Not included in any plan until it ships. We will list the checks and countries covered here before launch.

05 · Measured, not promised

Counted the way calls really end.

We don’t quote connect-rate multipliers. You see your own numbers, per rep, campaign, country and caller ID, so you can act on them.

Questions about telephony

Anything else, ask in your demo. We map your countries and numbers with you.

Book a demo

Do I need my own carrier or phone provider account?

No. DialSavvy is your carrier. Each workspace gets its own carrier account inside ours, kept apart from every other customer. There's no carrier contract to sign and no API key to manage.

Do registrations hold up my first calls?

No. Power and parallel dialing work as soon as your numbers are ready. Registrations keep running in the background and improve how your calls show up. They never block dialing.

What does telephony cost?

The set-up work is part of every plan. Numbers, minutes and registration fees are paid from prepaid credits at published rates, on your DialSavvy bill.

Which countries can I get local numbers in?

The countries on our coverage list, each with the documents and rules that country needs. The list carries an as-of date.

Will people see my business name?

On US local numbers we register your caller name (CNAM). It shows on phones and networks that display caller names, so not on every call.

Why do sales calls show "Spam Likely"?

Carriers and caller-ID apps label numbers from their own call analytics: how many calls a number makes, how often people answer or complain, and whether the call is signed with SHAKEN/STIR. DialSavvy files SHAKEN/STIR, caller name (CNAM) and caller-ID registrations for your numbers and caps each number at 50 calls a day. Spam protection (label checks, fixes and replacements) is coming.

What happens if a number gets a spam label today?

Each number makes up to 50 calls a day, and you can release a number and get a new one in Settings › Phone numbers. Number health (warm-up and resting a number when its answer rate drops) and spam protection (automatic label checks, fixes and replacements) are coming.

We handle the carrier. You call.

Early access is by invitation. We set up your workspace, numbers and caller ID, then send your invite.
