DialSavvy Dialer
A parallel and power dialer, with AI on every line.
DialSavvy Dialer is a power, local presence and parallel dialer for B2B sales teams. In parallel mode a solo rep dials 2 lines and a team of 3 or more dials 3, and the first person who answers reaches the rep. AI answer detection labels voicemail and phone menus, and AI notes are ready after every conversation.
Invite-only during early access. We set up your workspace, numbers and caller ID with you.
- Power, local presence and parallel in one dialer.
- Every call checked before it rings.
- We are your carrier. You just start calling.

Three ways to dial. One call card.

DialSavvy dials the next record as soon as you finish wrap-up. AI answer detection labels voicemail, phone menus and call screeners, so your talk time goes to people.
- Auto-advance after every wrap-up
- Every outcome labeled: person, voicemail, phone menu, call screener or no one spoke

Local presence: a local number on every call.
Each call goes out from one of your own numbers, matched to the contact’s country and area. The rep sees which number before dialing, and the contact sees a number that is really yours.
- Numbers you own, bought and registered by us as your carrier
- Their local time and calling window shown before every dial
- Caller ID chosen per call, never typed by hand

Parallel dialing: the first person who answers is yours.
DialSavvy rings two or three numbers at once for one rep. The first person who answers comes to you, and the session steps lines down on its own as abandonment rises.
- 2 lines solo, 3 with a team of 3 or more parallel reps
- First answer wins; a second answer goes to a free teammate
- Abandonment governor: lines step down as abandonment rises

When someone picks up, they hear your rep straight away. AI keeps listening in the background, and if it was a voicemail greeting, the line drops and dialing carries on.

Click-to-call in Salesforce
Call the numbers on a Salesforce record from DialSavvy Phone in the Lightning utility bar, with the same caller ID, notes and AI as in the app. Each conversation is logged as a Salesforce Task, and selected list-view records, reports and campaigns become power or parallel sessions. HubSpot and other CRMs are coming.
- Local caller ID picked for each call
- Their local time and calling window before you click
- Notes and AI notes, like every other call
05 · Governed parallel
Parallel dialing, governed.
Abandonment, ring time and overflow are built into parallel mode, not settings buried in an admin page. Here is how it behaves.

The abandonment governor
Webinar follow-ups · this session- Measured across the session. A call a person answers with no rep free counts as abandoned.
- From 2.5%, DialSavvy drops to two lines on its own.
- From 2.8%, it drops to one line.
- Lines step down once a session has 20 answered calls, so one early abandoned call doesn't cut your lines.
How parallel behaves
- First answer wins
- The first person who answers reaches your rep. If two answer at once, the second goes to a free teammate in the pool. If nobody is free, the line ends with the message the country requires.
- Ring time and calling hours
- Minimum ring time, calling windows and redial blocks come from each country's rule pack and are checked in the contact's time zone before every dial. A rep can't change them.
- Countries that allow one line
- Where a country allows only one line at a time, the same console runs power dialing instead.
- No AI voice on abandoned lines
- A person who answers a line with no rep free never hears an AI voice.
Parallel dialer questions
Anything else, ask in your demo. Bring a list and we dial it with you.
Book a demoWhat is a parallel dialer?
A parallel dialer calls several numbers at once for one rep and connects the rep to the first person who answers. In DialSavvy's parallel mode a solo rep dials 2 lines and a team of 3 or more parallel reps dials 3, and lines step down as the abandonment rate rises.
What is the difference between power and parallel dialing?
Power dialing calls one number at a time and starts the next call after each wrap-up. Parallel dialing calls 2 or 3 numbers at once and connects the first person who answers. Both use local caller ID and AI answer detection.
Does DialSavvy skip voicemail and phone menus?
AI answer detection labels every answer as a person, voicemail, a phone menu or a call screener, so reps spend their talk time with people. Every outcome is logged.
Does the Dialer record calls and write notes?
Yes. Recordings, transcripts and AI call summaries are live, paid from credits at published rates. After each conversation the rep gets a summary and the next step, ready to confirm.
Does it work with Salesforce?
Yes, in early access: reps call from Salesforce records, each conversation is logged as a Salesforce Task, and selected list-view records, reports and campaigns become power or parallel dialing sessions. HubSpot and other CRMs are coming.
Where can I use parallel dialing?
The country coverage page lists the planned calling mode for each country, with an as-of date. Parallel is planned for the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and capped parallel (2–3 lines) for Indonesia, the Philippines and Hong Kong. Elsewhere it is power or preview dialing, or not open yet.
