DialSavvy Compliance
Every call checked before it rings.
Calling hours in the contact’s time zone and your do-not-call list, checked against their country’s rules before any line rings.
DialSavvy helps you comply with the calling rules of each country you call. It is not legal advice, and you stay responsible for your lists, consent and scripts. What this is, and is not

01 · Before it rings
Their country’s rules, in their time.
Each contact is checked against the rule pack for the number being called, at that person’s local time. The first check that fails stops the call and says why, in plain words.

Pick a contact to see their checks
The checks run again before every attempt, so a contact who moves into their window, or onto your do-not-call list, is caught at the next one.
02 · Controls
In every plan. Never an add-on.
The same controls run on Dial, Power, Parallel, Command and Enterprise. Anything not live yet is marked Coming and is not counted as included.

Calling hours, in their time zone
A contact’s local time comes from their number. Anyone outside the window stays queued and comes back when it opens, without a rep doing anything.
- Window set per country by its rule pack
- Checked at the contact’s local time, from their number
- Reps see their local time on every row before they dial

Do-not-call
Do-not-call, before every attempt
Your list is checked before every line rings. Pressing 9 during an abandoned-call message, or a rep’s Do not call outcome, adds the number in under a minute.

AI voice
Consent before any AI voice
An AI agent will call only people with consent for AI voice on file. No consent, no AI call; the contact stays open to a rep.

Parallel pacing
An abandoned-call limit that steps down on its own
When someone answers a parallel call and no rep is free, the call counts as abandoned. DialSavvy measures it across each parallel session and steps lines down as it rises: two lines from 2.5%, one line from 2.8%.
“Hello, this is Acme calling. We’re sorry we missed you. To call us back, dial +1 202 555 0119. To stop future calls, press 9.”

03 · Rule packs
Compliance is data, not code.
A pack holds a country’s calling modes and line limits, calling hours, do-not-call registries, consent, disclosure, recording, caller-ID and pacing rules. Each one is versioned and carries a review date; a pack past its date stops dialing to that country.
How the rules for one call are chosen
- Primary pack
- Chosen by the number being called: its country and number type.
- Overlays
- Your rep’s location, checked against the pack today. Coming: your entity’s country, and the US state from the area code and CRM address.
- Merge
- With overlays, the most restrictive value wins, field by field: modes intersect, lines take the minimum, hours take the overlap.
- No pack
- A missing or expired pack blocks the dial. A conservative default pack (power dialing only) for countries without their own is planned.

04 · Evidence · in development
An evidence record for every attempt.
In development: every attempt will write an append-only record, each one linked to the record before it, so a missing or changed entry shows. Today the call log keeps each call’s outcome and caller ID, and each dialing session records the rule pack version that cleared it.

What each record will hold
- The rule pack and version that decided the call
- Their local time and the calling window applied
- The do-not-call check, and when it ran
- The caller ID shown and the lines in use
- How the call ended, including any abandoned call and the message played
- Consent and disclosure markers, and the attempt count
Default retention
As designed for launch, and in development. Workspaces will be able to set stricter limits, and a legal hold will override them.
The same defaults, with their status, are on the security page.

What this is, and is not.
DialSavvy helps you comply with the calling rules of each country you call. It gives you controls, and an evidence record is in development; the calling program stays yours.
What it is
- Checks on every call against the rules for the contact’s country, before it rings
- A versioned rule pack per country, with a review date
- An evidence record for every attempt (in development)
What it is not
- Legal advice
- A promise that your calling program meets the law on its own
- A stand-in for your own lists, consent and scripts. You stay responsible for those.
